Job Summary
Provide customer care and support in your native language plus English while handling orders, deliveries, product settings, or account inquiries. Support global customers with non-technical troubleshooting for Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, and Movie, and review and moderate online content and ads. Deliver professional and solution-oriented service at all times across international projects in customer support, digital trust and safety, or back-office operations. Full-time, on-site employment in Sofia, Bulgaria with relocation assistance and paid training available.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in one of the listed languages and English
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to relocate and work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Flexibility to work within the assigned schedule (Monday-Friday or Monday-Sunday)
