Job Summary
Process all register transactions at the cash desk while maintaining spotless shopfloor and stockroom standards. Manage inventory operations including delivery, replenishment, transfers, and maintenance of organized back areas. Ensure adherence to security standards across fitting rooms, stockrooms, and cash desks. Provide basic training to new starters and share knowledge to support onboardings. Guarantee the best customer experience by offering product knowledge and fostering genuine connections. Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and follow all policies and procedures strictly.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment
- Customer service oriented
- Independent work ethic
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- High energy, enthusiastic, passionate, and upbeat attitude
- Fosters genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity and building trusting relationships
