Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Multifamily Superintendent skilled in managing day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, with leadership in construction, safety, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 3-7 years as Project Superintendent for multi-family housing
- Knowledge of construction management theory and practice
- PC proficiency and knowledge of construction and business software
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred)
- Knowledge of Procore software (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid state approved driver’s license
- Must work well under pressure
