Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations for a Class A multifamily community. Manage the property budget, monitor financial performance, and prepare monthly reports while executing marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants. Address tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Foster a positive work environment through staff coaching and community-building events. Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in Class A multifamily property management. Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on Class A multifamily properties
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed
- Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
