Job Summary
Inspect move-outs and vacancies to ensure make-ready repairs are completed correctly. Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems, completing service requests within 24 hours when possible. Operate hand and power tools while maintaining inventory levels of supplies. Assist in responding to community emergencies, keeping grounds clean, and ensuring curb appeal meets company requirements. Document all work in the operating system and maintain positive customer service with residents and vendors. Available evenings, nights, and weekends for emergencies with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in property maintenance or equivalent field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, pools, and general maintenance
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, mechanical equipment, and PPE
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Available a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be available evenings, nights, and weekends for emergencies when scheduled
