Multifamily Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintain and repair apartment units and common areas, performing routine tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting; manage locks/doors and respond to resident work orders with timely, high-quality service; ensure safety and compliance with building codes; maintain organized workspaces and participate in ongoing trainings and daily team meetings; strong communication with Property Management and residents is essential; requires ability to lift 50 pounds, valid driver's license, and tech-savviness with iPhone apps, G-Suite, and Slack.
Required Qualifications
- jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Good with technology - usage of iPhone Applications, G-Suite and Slack
