Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including work orders, preventive maintenance, and capital projects for a portfolio of properties in Tacoma. Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, elevators, and mechanical systems. Schedule and perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational property. Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and oversee contracted services as needed. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory. Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide after-hours support as needed. Collaborate with property management to plan budgets, capital improvements, and long-term building operations strategy. Provide excellent service and communication to residents and staff.
