Job Summary
Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor based in St. Louis, MO. You will work directly with experienced multifamily advisors, gaining exposure to live transactions, underwriting, client strategy, and market positioning. Year one focuses on prospecting and relationship development, underwriting and market analysis, and transaction execution with support for BOVs, OMs, and coordinating deals from launch through closing. Responsibilities include prospecting multifamily owners, assisting in underwriting and financial analysis, preparing BOVs and marketing materials, researching ownership records and market trends, maintaining CRM and pipeline tracking, coordinating transactions, and participating in internal strategy calls. In-office, full-time role in Clayton, MO with mentorship and potential path to independent advisory. Recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; compensation is production-based with a clear growth path.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Missouri Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
- Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required
