Leads small teams, coordinates resources, plans construction operations and schedules intermediate phases to meet deadlines, and supervises crew work while ensuring health and safety standards. Communicates progress and accurate project billing to the office; collaborates with on-site builders, crews, inspectors, and engineers to determine project specifications. Requires a clean driving record, ability to work outdoors in all weather, punctuality, and clear English communication; bilingual is a plus.
