Multifamily Electrical Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale multifamily projects, including podium, wrap, and garden-style complexes. Plan and execute daily and weekly work activities to meet schedule milestones while reading and interpreting electrical plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades to install and oversee rough-in, trim, panels, feeders, lighting, and life-safety systems. Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to code by enforcing safety protocols and quality standards. Track manpower, materials, and productivity while maintaining a strong jobsite presence. Assist with training and mentoring apprentices and journeymen. Requires minimum 3 years as an Electrical Foreman on multifamily projects, 5+ years hands-on experience, and valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on multifamily projects
- At least 5 additional years of hands-on electrical experience coming up through the trade
- Proven experience running electrical on large apartment complexes (100+ units preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NEC, multifamily electrical systems, and construction sequencing
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and production in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills with field teams and project leadership
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 preferred
