Job Summary
The Multifamily Designer plays a key role in accurately designing roof and floor trusses, walls, and other components for various construction projects including single-family, multi-family, and commercial developments. This position involves the use of software for design purposes and requires extensive experience in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in related field/responsibilities
- Working knowledge of floor and roof systems and the ability to spec out beams and hangars
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience using Mitek software
