Job Summary
Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover for a ground-up, high-density multifamily project in San Diego. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project milestones; enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards; manage daily reports, schedules, and progress updates; resolve field conflicts to maintain workflow and budget; conduct site walks and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role for multifamily or large-scale residential construction
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering ground-up podium or high-density projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration
