Job Summary
Lead end-to-end capital-improvement efforts for multifamily properties, including overseeing the RFP process (scope development, bidding, contractor selection) for roof replacements, asphalt work, full paint and wood replacement, drainage, and retaining-wall projects; manage vendor/contractor relationships; ensure project scope, budget alignment, quality workmanship, and timely execution; collaborate with Regional Managers and Executive Leadership to align priorities; travel on-site across CA, NV, and AZ to evaluate properties and provide oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in San Diego, CA
- Solid background in construction management and capital improvement projects
- Experience with contractor coordination, negotiation, and contract administration
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across CA, NV, and AZ
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project/contract management tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to work with leadership and site teams
