Multidisciplinary ICU - Clinical Nurse (Night Shift)

Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse (Night Shift) provides direct patient care in the ICU, performing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within established nursing standards. Educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care, supports patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and participates in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans with interprofessional team, communicates plans across the continuum of care, uses advanced critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs. This is a safety-sensitive role aligned with BJC RN Career Ladder, with 12-hour night shifts and shift differentials; preferred candidates may hold BSN and have up to 2 years of ICU experience.
