Job Summary
This position involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, food service, and HVAC equipment across the district. Responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance programs, handling emergency repairs, and coordinating work with outside contractors. Candidates should possess working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment, as well as effective communication abilities. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and EPA certification. Preferred qualifications involve additional certifications such as SC DHEC Back-flow Certification.
