Diagnose issues with refrigeration units, walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial kitchen machinery while adhering to safety protocols for lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Manage day-to-day facility upkeep to ensure operational readiness for QSR franchises including KFC, Long John Silver's, and Taco Bell. Requires three years of experience and a technical school graduate or degree.
