Job Summary
Oversee two National Fitness Partners locations in Crystal Lake and Woodstock, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency while managing budgets and KPIs including closing %, Black Card %, and secondary billing. Lead team development through hiring, training, and regular one-on-ones, ensuring staff adherence to policies and performance expectations. Maintain immaculate club cleanliness, model front desk activities including member tours and DataTrak enrollment, and oversee equipment repairs certified by Life Fitness/Matrix. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, ADA, and safety standards while responding to accidents promptly. Provide back-up coverage as needed and travel between clubs 50-75% of the time. Starting salary is $75k with additional earning opportunities; schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with evening and weekend availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience
- Certified Matrix Equipment Technician
- Certified Fitness Trainer
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between assigned clubs (50-75% as needed)
