Job Summary
Oversee two National Fitness Partners locations in McHenry and Belvidere, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency while managing budgets and KPIs. Partner with the Regional Director to formulate strategic plans, ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA standards, and maintain club cleanliness and inspection scores. Lead team development through hiring, training, and coaching staff to exceed performance targets, while personally modeling best practices in member engagement and equipment maintenance. Monitor daily metrics, approve timecards, and respond to member or employee accidents promptly. Provide back-up coverage and travel between clubs as needed, ensuring all operations align with company goals and core values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience
- Certified Matrix Equipment Technician
- Certified Fitness Trainer
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and operational excellence
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between assigned clubs (50-75% as needed)
