Job Summary
Lead operations for 5-8 Dunkin' Donuts and/or combo restaurants by recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of managers and crew while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, recipes, and safety protocols. Monitor training progress, conduct performance reviews, and develop action plans for remodels and new openings. Control costs, support seasonal forecasting, and coach restaurant managers on sales, labor, and food metrics. Visit locations frequently as business needs direct, resolve guest concerns, and facilitate team meetings to communicate operational updates. Manage budgets and identify systems to maintain profitability across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Understand guest and competition; translates and applies own expertise to address business opportunities
- Approaches situations with an innovative mind and looks beyond the obvious to deliver solutions and implement change
- Has a working knowledge of profit and loss and other key financial measurements in order to identify business trends, make adjustments accordingly and set goals
- Understands, analyzes and communicates the key performance/profit levers and manages to these measures
- Sets clear, meaningful, challenging and attainable group goals and expectations that are aligned with those of the organization
- Drives a clear vision or sense of purpose and clearly communicates to the team
