Job Summary
Oversee operations across assigned Subway location(s) with a focus on coaching and developing managers, setting staffing levels, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with operating standards. Lead training of shift managers and store leaders, manage staffing for multiple restaurants, and use provided reports to identify opportunities and support local and national marketing initiatives. Typical responsibilities include team leadership, staff development, performance coaching, and driving operational excellence across the unit(s).
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
- Must be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
