Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple Subway locations by coordinating activities within the assigned geographic area, training and coaching managers, developing staffing plans, and driving achievement of sales goals. Communicate effectively with staff, leverage reports to identify opportunities, support local and national marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with operating standards. Requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to oversee staffing, training, and performance across restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math and accounting skills
- Ability to hire, coach and develop staff
- Proficiency with computerized POS systems
