Job Summary
Lead and coordinate operations across a geographic area for Subway restaurant locations, including training and coaching managers, developing staffing plans, driving sales goals, and supporting local and national marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include training shift managers and other managers, managing staffing levels for managers and assistants, ensuring compliance with operating standards, using provided reports to identify opportunities to improve performance, and providing strong leadership to staff. Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, basic math and accounting aptitude, and the ability to hire, coach, and develop staff. Position involves operating in a restaurant environment with varying shifts (full-time and part-time) and requires the ability to work across multiple locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
