Job Summary
Coordinate all activities within your assigned geographic area while training, coaching, and supporting managers on operational excellence. Develop staffing levels for managers and assistant managers, providing leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards. Champion staff efforts to achieve sales goals using provided reports and support local and national marketing initiatives. Maintain strong communication and conflict resolution skills while managing basic accounting and analytical decision-making. Requires 3-5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant environment. Full-time or part-time shifts vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
