Job Summary
Multi-Unit Manager role within Subway®中心 focuses on coordinating activities across assigned geographic area, training and coaching managers, developing staffing plans for all managers and assistant managers, driving sales goals using provided reports, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with operating standards. Key day-to-day duties include training shift managers and other managers on operational excellence, maintaining staffing levels, leading staff, and leveraging reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, solid math/analytical abilities, proven leadership in developing staff, and comfort operating a computerized POS system; physically capable of the daily requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds). Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred); 3-5 years of restaurant management experience required. Full-time or part-time positions are available with varying day/evening/weekend shifts depending on location.
