Job Summary
Lead operations for 5-6 restaurants by driving results through continuous employee coaching, training, and sales and profit growth. Manage daily aspects including guest satisfaction recovery, resolving complaints within 24 hours, and ensuring the freshest products and fastest service. Oversee Restaurant Managers to maintain high standards, read reports to establish goals, and identify root causes of problems to implement solutions. Develop direct reports by creating individual development plans, reviewing performance, and providing challenging assignments. Communicate clear, meaningful goals aligned with organizational vision and manage key performance/profit levers.
