Job Summary
District Manager to oversee 4-6 restaurant locations with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and people leadership. Responsibilities include directing daily operations across multiple sites, enforcing policies, ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction, conducting site visits and coaching, analyzing P&L statements, driving revenue growth while controlling costs, tracking KPIs, recruiting and developing General Managers, sustaining brand consistency, leading local store marketing, and collaborating with corporate leadership to align district goals. Key skills include strategic operations management, financial acumen, team development, process improvement, supplier/vendor management, customer focus, and travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years multi-unit leadership in restaurant/hospitality/food service
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations
- Strong P&L management
- Experience in restaurant operations and quality control
- Customer-focused leadership
