Multi-Unit Director of Operations

Job Summary
Oversee daily multi-location restaurant operations across Pensacola locations, driving sales and profitability while ensuring brand standards, guest experiences, and regulatory compliance. Develop and enforce operational policies, conduct site visits to coach General Managers, and lead recruitment and leadership development. Responsible for P&L management, budgeting, cost control, KPI establishment and monitoring, and identifying opportunities for expansion and partnerships. Lead local marketing initiatives, monitor customer feedback, and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, adopt innovative processes and technologies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability. Requires flexibility to travel between locations and maintain a high-performing, values-driven team focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in restaurants, hospitality, or food service.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
