Job Summary

Oversee daily operations across multiple quick-service locations to ensure consistency in service quality, food standards, and guest experience. Drive sales, manage costs, and maximize profitability across locations; review P&L statements and implement corrective actions. Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and leadership teams to build a strong leadership pipeline; foster a values-driven culture and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure brand standards, safety, regulatory compliance, and high guest satisfaction; guide local marketing initiatives and monitor customer feedback. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and explore opportunities for expansion and partnerships. Travel regularly between locations to lead operations and implement best practices, while partnering with suppliers and vendors to optimize purchasing and product availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in restaurants, hospitality, or food service.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Financial Expertise: Skilled in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Customer Orientation: Dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
