Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across multiple Charleston-area locations to ensure consistent service quality, food standards, and guest experiences. Develop and enforce policies to improve efficiency and compliance with safety/regulatory standards. Coach General Managers and leadership teams throughRegular site visits, performance feedback, and growth planning. Drive sales, manage costs, review P&L statements, and monitor KPIs to maximize profitability and guide expansion opportunities. Lead talent development by recruiting, training, and mentoring GMs and management teams, fostering a values-driven culture, and maintaining a high-performing workforce. Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards while collaborating on local marketing initiatives and supplier partnerships. Champion strategic planning with senior leadership to align operations with company goals and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.”,
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in restaurants, hospitality, or food service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Strong track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
- Skilled in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, compliance, and quality standards
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
