Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly membership and revenue goal tracking while executing the sales process including previews, onboarding, follow-ups, renewals, and retention efforts. Lead the sales and operations team through coaching, performance management discussions, and real-time feedback to foster a positive, accountable environment. Ensure consistent front desk system execution, accurate record-keeping, and operational audits while maintaining a clean, professional studio environment. Resolve member inquiries with urgency and empathy, support proper client onboarding, and participate in required fitness training. Maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, traveling locally within the DFW Metroplex as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales ability with experience meeting or exceeding goals
- Demonstrated leadership potential with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Functional computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve results
- Maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Travel locally within the DFW Metroplex as required
