Job Summary
Conduct responsive repairs in tenanted social housing properties, specializing in joinery, plumbing, plastering, and flooring. Replace sanitaryware, repair doors and windows, and patch plaster while working from job tickets or handheld devices. Manage your own daily workload and travel efficiently using the company fleet van. Deliver outstanding service to customers in their homes while adhering to strict health and safety policies. Requires NVQ Level 2/3 in joinery or plumbing, a full UK driving license, and a DBS check.

- Joiner & plumbing experience
- Social Housing experience
- NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery or Plumbing
- Full UK driving license
- DBS check to be completed
- Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
