Job Summary
Perform complex maintenance and construction tasks across core trades, delivering high-quality kitchen fittings, bathroom installations, tiling, shower tray installation, and disrepair works as part of day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance. Plan and organise workload, use IT to receive instructions and update work orders, supervise apprentices when required, and work with schedulers/planners to ensure coordinated delivery; travel within the North West (Liverpool area with travel to St Helens and Warrington) and work across carpentry/joinery, plastering, painting, plumbing, and related trades.
Required Qualifications
- Craft City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in core discipline
- CSCS card at the appropriate level
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Time-served apprenticeship with experience in joinery, building maintenance and construction activities
- Strong customer care skills and professional communication
- Experience of multi-skilled trade activity related to core discipline
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Flexible approach to work and adaptability to different tasks/priorities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
