Job Summary
Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues across the facility, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, diagnose PLC-related electrical problems, read electrical schematics and prints, complete welding/fabrication tasks, document work in the CMMS, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards in a 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am continental schedule at TWB Valley City operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical background with PLC experience and the ability to read ladder logic
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints
- Solid computer and workbench skills
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
