Job Summary
Conduct daily hotel operations by adhering to fire and life safety emergency procedures while complying with all department policies and training schedules. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, reporting for duty on time in a clean uniform. Execute other reasonable duties assigned by hotel management, ensuring effective teamwork and strong customer contact skills. Requires secondary or high school education with a trade certificate or one year of relevant hands-on experience, along with good English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
- Secondary / High school education
- Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
