Job Summary
Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless cooperation, productivity, and guest service while resolving team queries efficiently. Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems, including locating malfunctions with test equipment, testing motors and heaters for safety, and inspecting circuits for proper shielding and grounding. Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment to identify cost-effective resource use, ensuring all work adheres to prescribed standards and fire alarm protocols. Keep workplace and storage areas clean and tidy while respecting safety guidelines, security regulations, and environmental commitments regarding energy saving and waste sorting.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience
- Diploma / Relevant degree
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge
- Relevant building maintenance experience
