Job Summary
Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met across multiple stores. Mentor team members to develop skills for exceptional service, provide performance feedback to the General Manager, and work side by side to maintain smooth operations. Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards, deliver customer-focused service, and ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory standards. Travel locally to support nearby stores as required. This role includes additional $1.50/hr for 10pm-6am shifts, 4-day work weeks with every other weekend off, and offers competitive pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day
