Job Summary
As a Multi-Store Supervisor, you will inspire and mentor team members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met. You will drive store success by delegating tasks and providing performance feedback, fostering a positive and engaging store culture, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking
- Perform physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Prior experience in food service
Additional Requirements
- Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks
