Job Summary
Delegate tasks to team members, mentor staff to deliver exceptional service, and provide performance feedback to the General Manager. Maintain smooth operations and foster a positive culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards while ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach and travel locally to support nearby stores as required. This role involves overnight shifts with an additional $1.50/hr for 10pm-6am coverage. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, capable of physical activities including lifting up to 40 pounds, and willing to commute up to 30 miles one way. Sheetz offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, 4-day work weeks, and full benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day
