Job Summary
Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met. Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop skills for exceptional service, providing the General Manager with performance feedback. Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations and foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards. Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach and ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory standards. Travel locally to support nearby stores as required. Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am shifts. Starting rate is $20.50/hr. Applicants must be at least 18 years old (21+ for specific tasks under Virginia law) and capable of physical activities including lifting up to 40 pounds. Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day
