Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple self-storage locations, driving sales through unit rentals and ancillary products while ensuring security, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Area/District Managers, develop staff schedules, oversee collections and occupancy metrics, conduct daily property inspections, handle lien/auction processes, and travel frequently to support sites. Requires 3+ years in storage/retail/hospitality, strong customer-service orientation, proficiency in Word/Excel, and willingness to travel; offers include a $1,500 retention bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum (3) years of experience in storage, retail or hospitality.
- Multi-unit experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
- Customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to identify potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
- Ability to operate roll-up doors for storage units.
- Travel frequently to all assigned locations for scheduled shifts and operational support.
