Job Summary
Lead teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service while coaching and developing members via ongoing feedback and training. Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising at the Christchurch CBD and Riccarton stores, creating smart rosters aligned to trade and wage goals. Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy across both sites. This hands-on leadership role requires owning store performance and results across multiple locations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Schedule includes Tuesday to Saturday hours from 9am to 5pm.
