Multi-Store Detective

Detect and apprehend shoplifters using standard visual practices and CCTV in a multi-store environment. Utilize video records for law enforcement and internal requests, while troubleshooting and reporting malfunctions in surveillance equipment. Provide testimony in court cases as required and report internal integrity issues to the loss prevention representative. Communicate effectively with customers and law enforcement to maintain safety as the top priority for Team Members, guests, and products. Perform other security and loss prevention duties to ensure a secure environment.
