Utilize video records for law enforcement and internal departments, while troubleshooting and reporting malfunctions in surveillance equipment. Provide testimony in court cases as required and report internal integrity issues to loss prevention representatives. Communicate effectively with customers and law enforcement to maintain safety for team members, guests, and products. Perform other security and loss prevention duties to ensure a secure environment.
