Job Summary
Plan and deliver comprehensive coaching and mentoring programmes across breakfast, lunch, and after-school sessions at Harris Girl's Academy East Dulwich. Lead multi-sport, badminton, netball, or volleyball groups, including one-to-one coaching and regular competitive opportunities. Deliver half-term and holiday camps during school breaks. Collect high-quality data through case studies, questionnaires, and fitness testing to demonstrate programme effectiveness. Safeguard young people by adhering to child protection policies and maintaining accurate records of all participants.
Required Qualifications
- NGB Level 2 (or equivalent) coaching qualification
- experience of successfully delivering and managing top quality sports programmes for children and young people in a school, community or sports club setting
- strong mentoring skills and experience
- confident and capable IT user
- excellent administrative and organisational skills
- willingness to undergo child protection training and screening including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
- obtaining satisfactory references from past employers
