Multi Specialty LPN - Full Time - Days -(UTICA, NY)

Gather patient measurements and collect data, record findings, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments. Assist with clinical procedures, support self-management plans, and respond to patient requests while communicating effectively with licensed providers. Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe work environment using standard precautions. Perform supportive care tasks under the direction of a registered professional nurse or physician, adhering to NYS standards and the I-CARE values. Maintain technical knowledge through mandatory workshops, publications, and department committees. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and system-wide teams.
