Job Summary
Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members across formats including Dance, Zumba, Yoga, Stretch, TRX, HIIT, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, Boot Camp, and Circuit. Responsible for delivering engaging class experiences at our Saline and Ann Arbor, MI locations, with on-site instruction during operating hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Must hold current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCA-accredited providers, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Two or more years of group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with electronic onboarding and timecard systems is required. Compensation ranges from $50/hour to $60/hour, with final offer based on location and qualifications. Required Qualifications
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required
