Job Summary
Conduct energizing group fitness and water-based exercise classes including aquacize, dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Provide fun, effective, and safe instruction to members while fostering community connections and supporting their health and wellness goals. Lead participants through dynamic studio workouts and aquatic sessions within Rochester Hills, MI, operating part-time for three hours per week. Maintain certification with NCCA-accredited organizations and hold current CPR/AED and First Aid credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test
