Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively understanding and addressing customer needs, guiding customers and brokers to appropriate channels, and processing transactions while adhering to procedures, productivity targets, and quality standards. Serve as a consultant in administration/authorizing/contact centre, answer incoming calls, resolve escalations and complaints, navigate multiple systems to process transactions, assist across channels during disinvestment, communicate complex financial concepts in clear language, minimize errors through compliance with SOPs, and work collaboratively to meet client expectations. Must demonstrate adaptability, empathy, and strong communication; proficient in MS Office; 1–3 years’ experience in administration/call centres/financial services; matriculation certificate; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and in a team.
