Job Summary
Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant working environment while following technical instructions, RAMS, and company procedures to complete refurbishment and fit-out activities. Support colleagues by assisting with cross-team activities and escalate issues promptly where they cannot be resolved. Ensure all tasks are finished safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Monday to Thursday from 7:45am to 4:30pm, with Friday shifts from 7:45am to 3:30pm. Hourly rate of £15.87 plus merit rate up to £4.38 and overtime. Required Qualifications
- Experience gained in operational environments, working across a variety of semi-skilled activities.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and materials, with experience of using them safely.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
