Multi Skilled Operative | Credenhill

Multi-Skilled Operative needed to support UK Defence estate. Role involves maintenance, compliance, and operational tasks including weekly flushing of little-used water outlets, fire alarm testing, de-leading activities on firing ranges, plant/machinery operation (with training provided), and ensuring health and safety documentation is in place. You’ll work with military personnel, DIO representatives, and supply chain partners, liaise with apprentices, and participate in toolbox talks and ongoing training. Must have a full UK driving licence, experience in handyman/maintenance environments, be able to work independently outdoors in all weather, and have good communication and IT skills. SC Clearance is required. Hybrid working arrangement available in many business areas; role reports to Built Estate Manager and involves aiming for high standards of service across Defence facilities.
